Session 1: Building confidence and trust in Pulse-Taking

This session is all about coming together as a community to connect and support each other in learning and practicing the complement channels.

Lets create sacred safe space in circle where we can be vulnerable and held, allowing us to share our insecurities around practice, and through sharing, arrive at our own wisdom and answers. Practising the skill of sitting in circle also trains us for holding space for our patients and becoming comfortable with holding space for the big shifts that can emerge from compliment channel treatments.

We will have time and space to slow down, come into our bodies through qi gong and meditation and come out of our heads. Shifting into a more feminine style of learning through our felt senses and inward connection.

Gain hands-on support and experience without the pressure of paying clients and having to ‘get it right’.

Give and receive complement channel treatments. Receiving treatment is an amazing learning tool and a great way to form personal connection to the channels. Giving treatment with the support of other practitioners can allow us to try new techniques and approaches with more confidence.

Let’s make space and time to sink into the pulse and gain confidence in our on-going journey of pulse discovery and understanding. 

We will also explore ideas and different approaches to how what we feel in the pulse can be converted into treatment strategies.
