Term 2 commences Wednesday May 8th and finishes Wednesday 26th June.
This term we are exploring the Deer and Monkey within the 5 Element Animal Frolics.
This is one of the most ancient forms of Qi Gong. In this style we embody the energy of these 5 different animals: Tiger, Bear, Deer, Monkey and Bird. Each of these animals is unique and provides us with learning and cultivation within ourselves.
These simple, low impact movements, open the spine and joints, build strength in our legs and improve balance.
